The Subscription Audit

Find where your business is wasting money, software and staff time.

We review the tools you pay for and the work around them, then show you what to keep, cancel, replace or fix first, in writing, in seven days.

One fixed price

$999

CAD + 13% HST

Pay for the audit, and that $999 comes off the Map if you go on within 90 days.

One price. Everything included:

  • One interview (60–90 minutes, your place or video)
  • The research pass
  • A written report with a one-page verdict
  • The organization guide, how to keep logins and bills in one place
  • A 30-minute review call
The guarantee

If the audit doesn't give you a clear keep, cancel, or change answer for every subscription we review, we finish the work at no charge.

Payment terms are confirmed before you commit. Booking takes about 15 minutes of your time.

What you receive

The report, one verdict at a time.

The deliverable is a document, so the proof is the document. Here are two decisions from the fictional sample, as the report prints them; the whole PDF is one click away.

See exactly what you receive

Two rows from the fictional inventory, laid out as they are in the report: the tool, one of three verdicts, the reason, and what happens next. Every subscription you pay for gets a row like this, and the top three problems get a full page each.

Illustrative sample. Fictional business, not a client. Shows the format of the deliverable; no results claimed.

No client results published yet. We publish the first completed workflow when a client gives written permission.

Deep-solved problems

Your top 3–5 pain points get the full treatment: where you are now, the options compared, our recommendation, and what fixing it would actually look like.

The catalogue

Every other subscription and tool gets a row: keep, cancel, or change, plus the swap options. This section runs as wide as your findings do.

What the audit doesn't do

The audit tells you what to use and shows you what implementing it looks like. Implementing it is the next engagement, only if you want it. We present options with trade-offs; every cancel-and-switch decision stays yours.

Seven days

How it works

Five steps. You do two of them: book, and gather your subscription list. We do the rest and put it in writing.

  1. You book. You get a short prep package the same day: what we'll ask and what to gather (your subscription list and recent bills, screenshots are fine).
  2. We listen. About 60–90 minutes, in person by default or by video. We watch how your day actually runs, every system you touch, every subscription you pay for. We take notes with a transcription tool with your consent; deletion on request.
  3. We research. For every tool you use, we look for the cheaper, free, or better-fit options, paid services and open-source options.
  4. You get the report. Delivered within seven days. It ends with an action list in priority order.
  5. We review it with you. A 30-minute call is included: we walk the report and answer questions. After that, 14 days of follow-up by email, included.

Before you pay

What this is, and is not.

We don't request your passwords.

We work from your subscription list, your bills, and what you show us on your own screen. If a later implementation needs access, you grant it through your tools while keeping account ownership.

What this is not

  • Not a security pen-test
  • Not legal or contract review
  • Not tax or accounting advice
  • Not implementation, that's a separate engagement if you want it
  • No system access or passwords required or accepted at the audit stage
