Privacy
Throughline Operations is a trade name of GTA CAN Vibe Productions Inc., Hamilton, Ontario. We follow PIPEDA.
What we collect: your name, business name, email and phone when you book or write to us; the tools, processes and figures you show us during an engagement; call notes or transcripts, only with your consent; payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Why: to run the engagement you asked for, invoice it, and keep the records the CRA requires.
Where it lives: Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (this website). Data may be processed on servers outside Canada by those providers under their own safeguards. Anything we run on our own systems for your engagement stays on equipment in Ontario.
What we don't do: sell your information; use your business data to train AI models; request your passwords.
How long: engagement records seven years (tax law). Call transcripts 90 days after the engagement ends, then deleted. Booking details as long as you're a client, then removed on request.
Your rights: ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, privacy@throughlineoperations.com, answered within 30 days. Complaints can also go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies: this site sets none of its own. The booking calendar and payment pages are Google's and Stripe's and follow their policies.

Data handling in an engagement
Before any workflow goes live we document in writing: what data enters each tool, where it is processed, who can access it, how long it is kept, whether any third-party AI model sees it, and where a human must approve the result. You sign off on that page before the switch is flipped. Nothing here should read as a performance promise; results depend on your business and how the plan is implemented.
